Edward Walter

After graduating from Nottingham University, Edward qualified as a Manx Advocate and worked in the Isle of Man after qualifying there for several years, before returning to the United Kingdom where as a solicitor from 2001 onwards. He has specialised in Private Client matters including Inheritance Tax planning, Trust creation, amendment and termination, Wills, Probate work , as well as various Court of Protection matter. He has advised many Trustees with regards to changes to trusts in light of the 2006 Finance Act recently. He joined Carter Lemon Camerons LLP on 19^th May 2008.

Edward is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and has an interest in and experience of acting for executors with cross border estates, a matter of increasing relevance for probate work today. He speaks passable French.
