Nicholas Orosz

Nicholas is a graduate of Cambridge University and was admitted as a solicitor in 1984. He specialises in company, commercial and corporate finance matters.

He has broad experience in acquisitions, private equity, management buy-outs, joint ventures, property investment, banking, international finance, general contractual matters and charity law in both the City and Paris. He has advised several internet start-up companies, and has particular experience of the IT and direct selling industries.

His business experience as an entrepreneur and investor gives him a broad perspective enabling him to be a more effective corporate lawyer. He particularly enjoys working for creative entrepreneurs.

He is on the board on several charities, and is a founding trustee of a sustainable development charity working in Asia.

He has edited a book on Public International Law, speaks French and Hungarian fluently, passable German and is learning Portuguese.
