Prodromos Shakallis

Prodromos joined Carter Lemon Camerons LLP in June 2008.

Prod (as he is generally known) is a Legal Executive with over 16 years private practice experience in various areas of civil law. He handles a broad range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases and leases, preparation of home information packs, mortgages, transfers of equity, guarantees, lease renewals and variations. His landlord and tenant practice encompasses all aspects of lease and tenancy matters and disputes from preparing tenancy agreements, serving notices, recovering rent and service charge arrears to handling unlawful eviction, harassment and housing disrepair claims. Prod particularly enjoys estate management and collective enfranchisement and his clients include property developers, landlords, lettings agents, surveyors and residents associations. He also deals with a variety of civil litigation matters, with particular emphasis on debt recovery and enforcement of judgments.

Prod is born to Greek Cypriot parents and enjoys close links to the local Cypriot community. Needless to say he can speak Greek.
