Chris Picardo

Chris graduated in Law from the University of Reading and studied the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. He joined the firm as a trainee in 1997 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 when he became an assistant solicitor in the Commercial Property team. Chris joined the partnership in 2005.

Chris advises a range of investors, developers, business occupiers and individuals on a variety of commercial property transactions including; acquisitions, disposals, property finance, the negotiation of business leases and portfolio management.

In his free time Chris enjoys travel abroad and playing golf.
