Duncan Tuft

Duncan qualified in 1976 after being articled to the senior partner of a City of London firm. He was senior partner of Camerons before joining Carter Lemon Camerons in April 2000.

He Specialises in Charity and trust law; and commercial and residential property. Duncan has acted for many years for the trust corporation of a major Free Church denomination and many of its churches and other charities.

Few solicitors have as much experience as Duncan in acting for churches and their trustees.

Duncan also acts for YMCA’s, Housing Associations and other charities both Christian and secular.
