John was admitted as a solicitor in 1956 and, after working in the litigation department of a City firm, became Group Solicitor and Legal Adviser of a major company from 1961 until he joined what is now Carter Lemon Camerons in 1966. His principal interest is in property matters, covering all aspects of commercial property transactions, development and institutional management, investment and lending. He also advises clients on company and general conveyancing and litigation matters. He has acted as an expert witness on good conveyancing practice. John is an external consultant. |
