Alternatives to Litigation
We explore, both at the outset and throughout the retainer, whether there are viable alternatives to litigation, such as arbitration and various forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation and early neutral evaluation. We are acutely conscious of the direct and indirect cost of all forms of dispute resolution, the need in the client's interest to find the most cost-effective method of dealing with the dispute, and the benefit of preserving commercial relations as far as possible.
