Supporting GPs and private health sector companies, we advise on the GMS, PMS and APMS contracts, including the establishment and protection of value of goodwill and the sub-contracting of medical and support services contracts.

The work requires close interpretation of statutory provisions, directions and regulations, and taking into account government guidance.
