These schemes have included joint private and public funding (for which we have acted for both the private and public sector). Instructions extend from site acquisition, through the funding and construction stages to the letting or disposal of the units and perhaps the disposal of the completed and let development.

Few of the developments are speculative and therefore include pre-letting agreements with occupiers and the negotiation of collateral warranties by the building contractor and professional team.

Carter Lemon Camerons' clients include property investors, developers and banks and therefore, when working with the public sector, we have a good understanding of the commercial realities of carrying out developments and the requirements of funders.

Provision is made for monitoring the works with rights to step in, and take over the development.
