Rent review is an area of potential conflict, which, in practice, nearly always resolves itself cost-effectively. Much of this occurs without lawyers being involved at all. When, however, either party or the expert third party has any reason to doubt the interpretation of the lease or the applicable law, failure to get appropriate legal advice can be a costly mistake. We are familiar with leases, and understand the commercial environment in which leases are granted.
