Mohammed is experienced in a wide variety of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, informal lease extensions, enfranchisements, re-mortgages and bridging finance (acting predominantly for lenders), with the finance work including both residential and commercial property aspects.

Mohammed has a master’s degree in law and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

In his spare time, Mohammed enjoys staying active and going to the gym.
