Transactions
- Acting on a major redevelopment and portfolio re-financing for a housing association, during which she negotiated and reported on the Certificate of Title which the sellers’ solicitors offered to its funder.
- Acting for an NHS Trust in negotiating an agreement for lease and lease for a phased development of a polyclinic within the hospital including the subsequent letting of the polyclinic and the granting of appropriate rights and reservations.
- Heading the team acting for a major telecoms client in acquiring leases of rooftop and greenfield sites for the installation of telecommunications equipment in London and nationally
- Acting for an institutional Landlord negotiated the terms of leases of high quality office space at multi-let buildings in prime locations in the City of London. This included the restructuring of various leases and dealing with the sale of the building subject to all the occupational leases.
- Acting for a developer in the acquisition of freehold land for the development of a medical centre requiring an agreement for lease conditional on the satisfactory completion of the Landlord’s construction and the negotiation and completion of forward lettings for retail and residential leases on practical completion.

Asma was educated at Woking High School, Guildford College and City University in Islington. Asma joined the commercial property team in 2004 and has throughout her career worked in the City of London. Out of the office Asma has trekked the rain forests of Malaysia and enjoys mountain climbing. Asma has taken part in numerous charity runs and enjoys going to the theatre, and reading.Asma is a member of Women in Property and Women in Business and speaks fluent Urdu.
