Su-Fern is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team advising mainly on a range of landlord and tenant matters, sale and purchase agreements, frequently as part of a team on high-value and portfolio transactions, and the drafting and negotiation of business leases, including the telecommunications industry.

Su-Fern’s experience includes:- Advising and negotiating leases and related documents for the acquisitions of restaurants, pubs and bars in the City of London and West End for owner-led businesses and chains
- Advising and negotiating leases for retail clients in a number of West End spaces
- Negotiating asset purchase agreements for restaurant owners
- Advising leaseholders in leasehold enfranchisement scheme for a block of 60 flat owners in the London’s prestigious West End
- Conducting the sale of high value residential properties in London for a property developer, often under tight timescales, including advising client in a potential contract race situation on the sale of a high value residential property.
- Advised and managed a portfolio of offices for a landlord owner in the City of London and a number of residential properties in the Central London.
- Acted for a large telecommunications company in the negotiation and acquisition of leases for sites for the installation of telecommunications equipment.

Su-Fern graduated in Law from the University College London. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1998 and she was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1999.Su-Fern has practised in Singapore in construction and commercial litigation. She qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 2007 training in commercial property and joined Carter Lemon Camerons as an assistant solicitor in the Commercial Property team. She is also a key member of the Marketing and Business development team, with a key focus on strategy and networking.
Su-Fern speaks fluent Mandarin and Hokkien.
