Laurence Scott formerly a partner of Metson Cross for many years, is now a consultant in the dispute resolution and litigation team. His practice is mainly in contested commercial litigation and arbitration work in a wide range of disputes.

Transactions

Laurence Scott has worked in litigation and arbitration for many years.  In recent years his cases have progressed on appeal from the High Court in England to the House of Lords of London, and he has also been involved in litigation in the US Courts.   His arbitration experience has been widely-based from trade disputes in the London markets to European venues and multi-national arbitrations in the UK.

Laurence Scott was educated in England and qualified as a solicitor in the late 1960s.  He is a member of the Law Society.  He lives in London and Dorset.
