Lawyers from City of London law firm, Carter Lemon Camerons LLP, are set to have raised hundreds of pounds for charity by taking part in the London Legal Walk 2017.
The annual sponsored event follows a 10km course through the heart of the capital, with thousands of legal professionals taking part to raise funds for the London Legal Support Trust, which provides free legal assistance to people throughout London and the South East.
A total of 12 members of the team from Carter Lemon Camerons LLP took part in the event on Monday 22 May 2017, with three of the participants – Chris Duffy, Chris Picardo and Rowan Shacklock-Hendry –running the course.
The three runners were joined by Stephanie Lees, Peter Skibinski, Francesca Flood, Aleksandra Kowalska, Meera Parmar, Chris Atkins and Andrew Firman.
Kate Boguslawska, a Partner at Carter Lemon Camerons LLP, said: “I am delighted that we were able to put forward such a strong team for the London Legal Walk.
“We have not yet finished fundraising, so we do not yet know the final total, but it looks set to be hundreds of pounds.
“The London Legal Support Trust carries out important work across London and the South East, and is a very deserving cause.
“I would encourage anyone who has not yet done so, to go online and sponsor our team.”
