Despite some easing of the lockdown, there are still limits to the way we are all working.

Employees are being encouraged to continue working from home wherever possible but those who cannot are being urged to return – providing their employer has put in place safe working measures.

This is leading to considerable confusion, as employers attempt to understand how to effectively manage the ‘new normal’.

Added to this, the Chancellor has now announced a four month extension to the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS), along with changes to employer contributions.
