Francesca is an Associate in the Carter Lemon Camerons’ Litigation department, having joined the firm in March 2016.
Francesca’s practice is split between advising business owners on commercial litigation matters and assisting individuals with various aspects of family law. She works to resolve disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In respect of her family work she represents individual clients on matters including divorce, children matters, domestic abuse, pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements.
In respect of her commercial work, she represents SME owners and individuals to resolve business and personal investment disputes quickly and efficiently. Her typical work includes banking litigation, property fraud, intellectual property disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and director disqualification proceedings.
She has previously acted for a property investment firm in the largest fraud case ever brought against a well-known high street bank, for the mis-selling of a hedging instrument linked to LIBOR, which left the London headquarters of a multinational corporation in the hands of the receivers. This case was reported in The Times.
Francesca joined Carter Lemon Camerons LLP in March 2016.
After graduating from the University of Durham, Francesca completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London.
She completed her training at Maclay Murray and Spens LLP’s London office, has worked for many years at a boutique City litigation firm, and prior to joining CLC was the head of business and legal affairs at a West End media company.
Francesca is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
Away from work, Francesca enjoys horse-riding, tennis, skiing, travel and spending time with her young son.
