While the UK left the EU on 31 January 2020, the transition period that is in place until 31 December 2020 means that little has changed for most businesses and individuals. Until 31 December, the UK will continue to be a member of the single market and customs union.
However, with the Government having said that it will not extend the transition period, there are less than six months remaining before the full effect of Brexit will be felt.
Our specialist solicitors can provide expert advice on the full range of legal considerations affecting businesses and individuals in preparing for Brexit.
We can advise on matters, including:
- Setting up a UK Company or Subsidiary

- Cross-border Wills
