Our employment team advise on employment matters in the course of acquisitions and disposals of businesses either by the sale of shares or assets including:  TUPE issues as well as dealing with company, LLP and partnership formations, shareholder agreements and company restructuring, including purchasing of own shares and revisions to memorandum and articles of association.

We are currently setting up a service to provide Housing Association clients with regular updates on employment law and regulations, and to advise them on any disciplinary procedures that they might have.
