The advice was appropriate, very informative, and we were kept up-to-date on the progress of the advice we sought. We would highly recommend Carter Lemon Camerons LLP to others.
Thank you for the great service and efficient handling of my case. I am happy that I used your services and the whole case ended with a better result than I expected.
Thank you Jarmila and Carmen so much for the time and work you’ve done to complete the application and as a result, make it happen.
Becky and Leesa – Many thanks for all your help. As always it has been a very smooth and efficient process and it has been a pleasure to work with you.
Great, well done to Holly, Lisa and Stuart.
You have all done a truly exemplary job collaborating with key experts across your team and I can’t think of a better case study of correctly advising your client on highly complex legal matters, with the end result saving me substantial time and resources. I sincerely thank you for your partnership on some of my most important matters.
We have been embroiled in a long and arduous group action for unjust property re-possession in Spain resulting in 3 High Court and 1 Court of Appeal hearings. CLC lawyers including the present team of Seamus Smyth supported by Hattie Irons have steadfastly and expertly guided us through every step of the legal process to a successful conclusion. They are to be congratulated on their expert legal knowledge, integrity and tenacity whilst at the same time proving to be very caring, supportive, responsive and always totally committed professionals.
Pascal Klettenheimer is Head of the Supply Department at the European headquarters of CTDI, the biggest independent supplier of logistics and repair solutions to the telecoms sector, which has more than 14,000 employees around the world.
The firm instructed Lisa Ginesi, Partner at Carter Lemon Camerons, when its Spanish sub-division became involved in a dispute with a UK-based business over a significant sum.
It was the firm’s UK division, based in Milton Keynes, that recommended Lisa and Carter Lemon Camerons to Pascal two years ago.
Since then, Pascal and CTDI have been highly impressed with the service from Lisa and Carter Lemon Camerons.
He said: “Lisa’s involvement has made the process so much simpler and straightforward than it might otherwise have. She has taken away many of the hassles that we expected to encounter. For example, we thought that we would have to travel to the UK to attend hearings, but Lisa’s approach means we have not had to do so.
“From the outset, Lisa has been efficient and effective in gathering all the relevant information from us, analysing it and giving structure to the documentation. She asks all the right questions and has an excellent level of understanding. The strategies she put forward for the recovery of the funds were ideal.
“We would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and Carter Lemon Camerons to others in the future.”
Linguaphone Group tasked CLC with handling all aspects of a lease negotiation on acquiring a new corporate headquarters. The CLC team was very efficient, secured a number of documentary improvements and handled all communications promptly and with a minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation in using their Commercial Property team on another project
You’ve been most patient and helpful with all aspects of this case and I’ll forever be grateful to you. The weight that this has taken off my family and I, I can’t put into words. I’ve found in you a kind, intelligent, articulate litigator and someone who I feel actually cared about the outcome and effect it was having on his client. I hope to repay your kindness in the future if you allow me.
I just wanted to thank you, on behalf of the Spear team, for the excellent technical, strategic and commercial advice we have received from you in this matter. It is much appreciated – we couldn’t have done it without you.
We used Carter Lemon Camerons under the Will Aid scheme. We got wonderful, attentive and considerate service, and 2 wills, for a very affordable donation to the charity. Thoroughly recommended.
Carter Lemon Camerons LLP is a law firm of highly esteemed and extremely professional people. We have recently had the pleasure of using firm’s services for the project which involved international lender but the transaction and completion happened smoothly and we never had an issue where we felt that the firm is not doing their best to achieve the deadline. Rufus Ballaster acted as the lead partner assisted by Prod Shakallis and both are very talented and experienced lawyers. We highly recommend this firm for all your legal needs.
My husband and I recently had our wills drawn up under the Will Aid scheme by Carter Lemon Camerons. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail was explained clearly. I would thoroughly recommend this scheme and this company.
Great company, very efficient. I used the services to extend the lease of the property and got some employment advise. CLC is always ahead of the client and they are really fighting for the client. I dealt personally with Katie Boguslawska, who has been helping me for about 11 years now.
Very friendly and thorough service.
Highly recommended! Very informative and friendly staff, thank you!
Stuart Brennan always provides excellent practical advice and we appreciate his knowledge and involvement in our business.
Extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest advice. Relaxed and approachable service throughout in assisting Us to create our Will. We would highly recommend this Firm.

Chris Picardo in the Property Team is an excellent solicitor imo. Having dealt with a series of unsatisfactory property solicitors, Chris was a marvellous find. Sharp, super intelligent & charming he spots the pitfalls, writes in clauses to cover your back whilst being mindful of the clients budget. Efficient & excellent , great value for money.
Also had dealings with Rufus Ballaster on the Finance side. Another brilliant mind who cuts through the faff to the heart of the matter and gets it “sorted”.
I can’t praise her highly enough, she has been absolutely fantastic. Through every step of the process she has gone out of her way to explain things and make sure I know what’s going to happen next.
Carter Lemon Camerons’ Kate Boguslawska has been representing Ms Pone in an ongoing contractual dispute.
She explained that the solicitor who had previously been representing her in the case had gone on maternity leave and initially she had been anxious about someone else taking over.
But she said that she had been exceedingly impressed with the firm’s advice throughout the final stages of the legal proceedings.
“Obviously having to go through a legal process isn’t very pleasant, but I’ve always found Kate has dealt with everything with a great deal of sympathy and understanding.
“I can’t praise her highly enough, she has been absolutely fantastic. Through every step of the process she has gone out of her way to explain things and make sure I know what’s going to happen next.”
It’s important for a solicitor to be professional and flexible and I’ve found that they are, but I’ve always thought that it’s very important that they’re friendly and easy to deal with as well.
Mr Tizzard runs a number of property investment companies and Carter Lemon Camerons’ senior partner Stuart Brennan advises him on matters including acquisitions, sales and LLP agreements.
Mr Tizzard said that he had recommended Carter Lemon Camerons on a number of occasions and that he had consistently found the staff pleasant and efficient.
“They’re good people to deal with. Despite the size of firm, I have been pleased that there is still a personal approach to what they do,” he said.

There has always been an excellent relationship…
Mr Wagstaff is the property manager at MGE Kemp, a business based in Wickford, Essex.
Mr Wagstaff has been dealing with Carter Lemon Camerons’ Stuart Brennan since he joined MGE Kemp in 2010, receiving advice on a range of commercial property matters.
“There has always been an excellent relationship,” he said.
“One of the most important things we look for is a quick response time. When you’re dealing with something like a lease, which is time sensitive, you need to know that the matter is going to be dealt with quickly.
“We know that we can rely on Carter Lemon Camerons to be able to get everything sorted in that time limit.”
