Carter Lemon Camerons offers a comprehensive two-year training contract, with possible opportunities for new recruits. The scheme allows trainees to work within every department of the firm, usually spending six months with each team.
Our aim is to give trainees a good breadth of experience and support them in becoming an invaluable part of the team. During the training contract, they will work closely alongside our fee-earners and gain practical experience in areas including research, drafting documents, legal procedure and dealing with clients.
Monthly lunchtime seminars, training sessions and external courses will also form a key part of training.
As a firm we recognise the importance of developing a friendly, professional environment and are committed to the continual development of all our staff – whether they’re a new starter or have been with us for many years.
We also place great store in fostering a strong team spirit, encouraging a healthy work/life balance and recruiting people from a wide range of backgrounds. By creating an environment in which our team feel they are supported we believe that we are well placed to get the best from all our staff.
We are not currently accepting applications for training contracts. Details about any future intakes will be made available here.
