Tatenda is a Licensed Conveyancer with four years experience in conveyancing. His organised and methodical approach ensures both fee-earning and post-completion work are carried out accurately and efficiently, helping clients complete their property transactions with confidence.
He provides expertise within the Residential and Commercial Conveyancing teams, handling a wide range of matters including resolving title defects, overseeing lender compliance requirements and managing transactions from instruction through to final registration. He has strong experience in both residential and commercial property, including SME developer transactions (site acquisitions and plot sales), auction transactions, and company and portfolio property transactions.
Before joining the firm in June 2025, Tatenda worked for two years as a trainee Licensed Conveyancer and two years as a conveyancing paralegal. His knowledge of conveyancing processes and post-completion requirements is extensive, and he now manages his own caseload while continuing to support the team across more complex matters.
Tatenda holds an LLB degree and has a keen interest in both art and property auctions.
Outside of work, he enjoys studying Christian theology and Biblical studies, collecting art, and attending auctions.
