Chelsea joined Carter Lemon Camerons LLP in July 2025 as a Solicitor in Commercial Property and Secured Lending.

Chelsea has a broad range of expertise in commercial property matters including:

• Representing both sellers and buyers in the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate.
• Advising landlords and tenants on commercial lease arrangements, including complex assignments and underlettings involving multiple titles.
• Acting for lenders on property acquisitions involving secured finance.
• Dealing with transfers of part within mixed-use estates comprising both residential and commercial units.
• Advising landowners on the grant of rights of way and easements to developers for utility infrastructure.
• Drafting and negotiating conditional contracts and agreements for lease, including those subject to planning and construction.
• Supporting senior fee earners with strategic land matters including option agreements and promotion agreements, acting for both the landowner and the developer.
• Acting for SIPPs, professional trustees and local authorities.

Chelsea began her career at SE Solicitors in 2019, working as a Legal Assistant in Commercial Recoveries before joining the Commercial Property team as a Paralegal. She qualified as a Commercial Property Solicitor in September 2024. Upon qualification, Chelsea spent a month volunteering in Arusha, Tanzania with the Arusha Women’s Legal Aid and Human Rights Organisation giving free legal advice to women and children.

Chelsea is a member of The Law Society, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), and the London Young Lawyers Group.

Outside of the office, Chelsea enjoys to travel and has backpacked through a number of countries — some favourites include Colombia, Costa Rica, Tanzania, Indonesia, and Vietnam. She also enjoys hiking and reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in October 2024. Chelsea is an avid reader and a regular at her book club. She enjoys pilates, attending fun events around the city and trying new restaurants.
