The Start-up visa is for individuals seeking to establish a business in the UK for the first time. This visa is granted for 2 years and can be switched to the Innovator visa.

General requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • B2 English language proficiency is required.
  • Pass the credibility assessment.
  • Maintain funds of £945 unless funded by an approved body.

Specific requirements:

  • Must obtain an endorsement from an approved body.
